This form is required for all children participating in the Lux Mundi program and must be emailed to luxmundi@cathedralschool.ca along with a copy of immunization records and a photo of your child.
Your child will not be considered registered for any program until this form is completed and received.

Registration & Payment
Use the buttons below to register for our upcoming programs.
Your child’s spot in the program is confirmed once the online payment process is completed.
*Please note that if we do not have 10 or more children registered for any given day, Lux Mundi will not be open on that day. You will be refunded for any days that Lux Mundi is not operating for which you have paid.
To review our Refund Policy, please see our Parent Handbook. Note that we are not able to refund dates during Christmas Break due to the advance notice required for staffing. Thank you for understanding.
