EXTRA CURRICULAR PROGRAMS |

| We offer many programs which function outside the classroom to enrich the lives of the students. There is an emphasis on Community Service which is enhanced by our relationship with Mt. Edwards Court on Vancouver St. as well as by various charity initiatives; the School supports causes financially as well as educating the children about them. Environmental Conservation is also strongly emphasized, with an active environmental club. Chess, computers, Mad Science, after-school choir, instrumental music, French club, outdoor education, skiing, charity walks and runs, soccer, volleyball, basketball, running, recycling, gardening, drama, public speaking, debating, swimming and skating are some of the ‘extras’ which students are offered. | Environmental conservation is also strongly emphasized, with an active environmental club called the Green Team. The group meets regularly to plan initiatives for reducing and recycling at the school, as well as investigating energy saving measures to conserve water, electricity and heating fuel in our school building. | |||
